idea for RSS feeds on forums
You could have RSS icons next to each forum so people could click on them to be taken to an RSS feed for that specific forum, to add to their newsreader or whatever.

Kinda of like in this mockup (was too lazy to use the actual RSS icon in mockup, but you get the idea)

doesn't come here often, cause he has no free time ;_;

Of course, the icon would only show up on forums you specified to have RSS feeds on in the Admin Control Panel

Your idea is good but having it ramdom out there makes it look taky if some forums don't have a RSS feed.

Well it should be left to the discretion of the forum admin, so I guess it *is* a good idea rather than going to the RSS page and reading about adding a filter for whatever forums you are interested in.
I think it's good.

Commifreak, can you add this one to the TODO list?

There's currently a filter?

All this time I never knew how to get RSS feeds from NextBBS

I've selected to have this forum give RSS feeds, to this day I still don't know how to access the feeds

Jasper:
animeworld.militate.com/?do=rss&no2buf=true&desc=desconly&filter=2
but you would want to upgrade to the nightly build; it should work much better with 'touchy' rss readers.

Well I never could upgrade correctly on that site, I don't know why. I installed NextBBS on other sites, and never had a problem with upgrades. Just that one "anime world" site.

(btw, did you know on these text boxes, the shadow doesn't extend to the end?)
