I did an install of NextBBS and followed the post-install instructions. I have created several forums. But even giving full access to admins, members, and guests, the forum bars show up without the "New Topic" buttons, so there is no way to make posts.

What do I need to do?

before you can post a new topic, you must set the forums rights!

go to "Manage Areas" and click on the rights icon.

when you create some forums without set this up, nobody can post...^^
