How do I go about backing up the message board?  Is there a way to do it from the ACP?  Gracias if someone can help

There is nothing from the ACP, no, typically we simply make sure that nBBS works well with the backup systems offered by the major control panel makers.

That would be the control panel from my webhost?  Yes, and included there I have  phpMyAdmin - 2.11.4

I don't see a backup or save command anyplace yet, but there is an "Export" command.  I have the option to export all tables together or individually.  Which is best incase I would have to restore the board?
