Alright, so I'm trying to configure a newsletter. All's fine until I go to send it. Under 'choose groups to mass mail to' only one group shows up repeatedly down the row. So even if I go ahead and choose that, it says 'sorry, can't send newsletter'. Any help?


If it helps solve the issue the software is not the newest. I don't know if any of you know which site SDGLive is, but I know Chris does at least so he should know whatever kind of software we have if that's important. After coming on here for the first time in many months I see the site looks pretty nice and we could use some upgrades such as these on SDGLive...


Anyway hopefully someone can help (newsletter settings are configured to default, or whatever TEve has set them to some other time but to my knowledge he's never used the newsletter feature) - I'd say chances are I'm just dumb and can't figure it out

Well, it's downloaded (thanks), but as for me having any ideas on how to get it onto the board... meh... lol


I'm more of a "working hard doing things on the actual forum" type of Admin, not the "I know how to do everything in the ACP" type of guy. When there's only two active Admins now though and the other is less capable then me in the ACP, I kinda have to try to do things like this but it doesn't always work out haha


Besides who knows maybe we do have the newest version and some of the changes I see are just tinkering somewhere. Examples of differences would be the menu bar at top with the logos next to them, the preview for a topic looks cooler, and one thing it noted when I read the details on the nightly build thing it solved mass moderation issues so maybe it is actually different (which are a pain in the butt for me because they currently don't work)


Anyways sorry for being a complete dumbass at this but you gotta learn somehow I guess.
