First off, I'd like to say that you've done a great job so far with the forum. Its looking fantastic considering its still in BETA. Also, may I suggest something? Put a login link somewhere on the index. It took me 5 minutes to find the login page.

I was wondering if you were hiring any developers or graphics staff. I'd say I'm a pretty good PHP programmer. I started learning PHP around 4-5 months ago. I'm okay with graphics also. If you want I can make a sample nextBBS logo or something.
