Well that sucked, trying again.

I enter my info per:

Enter the name of an existing database as well as the name and password
of a user who has create privileges on this database.
The prefix will be used to prefix all your table's name.

Database Name:
Database Host:
Tables Prefix:
Database User:
Database Password:

And then I get:

Checking various database settings and user's privileges.
Failure! - You need to change your settings before proceeding any further.

Select	Fail
Delete	Fail
Drop	Fail

I'm on GoDaddy hosting, and the database is set up with MySQL 5.0 with a DSN.

What other info or changes do I need to make?
