Say you see an IP, there should be in the admin area, were admins can make admins and mods, so they cant see certain users IPs like staff of the site.

So use FTP then, get something like FileZilla, thats what I use for uploading alot of stuff, you would also need an FTP account =r

You mean you're firewall won't let it?
If you have a firewall that isn't part of the Microsoft Sacurity Center then disable the one in the Microsoft Sacurity Center, thats what I did and now it works

Your wrong Jake... IPB has only like 1/4 as many files as this NBBS lite package has.. much less the full.

A thing I could do is delay the release of NBBS RC1 and, instead, spend some time on something that was farther away on my roadmap: a self-extracting installer; you would have to upload only two files.
