I want you're advice

Some site spammed up my forum insulting me, my fellow admins and saying he had sex with my female admin. I'm actually really pissed off about it and so are my members so what do you think I should do about it?

Unfortunately, there are so many immature people out there...and it would be unrealistic to consider legal action.
You could, of course, ban them. Note their IP addresses. If possible, report them to their ISP. And report them to their web host as well.
