When trying to add a new skin, I'm getting this error

Error type:	E_WARNING
Message:	mkdir(servers/1/templates/3_c): File exists
Location:	/home/militate/public_html/animeworld/admin/skins.php (line: 721)

Uploded the .zip file to the correct directory in FTP
Got the goodphp skin from here:
sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=121332&package_id=174830

I'm assuming it's the new clicdev skin, and not that ugly blue one lol
But that's besides the point...... the point is the error I'm getting
