V. 0.4.5?

I saw the hacks "compatibility" is 0.4.5 but to my knowledge 0.4.5 hasn't been released yet. Do we need 0.4.5 for those hacks? Or is 0.4.5 out and I'm just out on the rocks?

Well...maybe there isnt...I would count 0.4.5 more as the nightly builds, but thats just me.
