How about this tool in the ADMIN CONTROL that allows you to chose how many times a member can post in a row. Lets say the MAX amount is 3 posts in a row...then after the 3 post the "ADD REPLY" button will not be click-able to that member UNTIL another member posts...if a member would like to *BUMP* a dead topic then make another ADMIN CONTROL for how many minutes or days before the "NO POST" thing wears off... is this a good idea? :cactuar
