Charset problem

Hey^^

I program an cms, i has problems with the content of the sql db´s.. they have content like "Ich möchte" please see to the "ö" this is shown as ? at my page.

i has tried some stuff to fix this problem, but it doenst work ._.

here it works, an i ask me, how it woerks, that is shown all right here.

how i fix this?

To use the ü & ö you need to give the code &ouml or &#246 for ö and &uuml or &#252 for ü.

Still, there must be an easier way
