The link to the manual is dead.  Installed without a problem, but I have a couple of issues.

1.  What user is maintaining ownership over the files?  I want to install a few hacks and I can't find the owner (I don't have root access to the box, just FTP).

2.  I've downloaded the skin packs, but I can't find a reference on what directory to FTP them to so I can installed them from the ADMIN CP.

I hate asking for help but if someone could point me to the manual or a link on how to install the SKIN packs, I'd appreciate it.

I put the skins in the folder called FCKeditor/editor/skins
it only accepted 197, skin-goodphp and skin-watermelon
should the skin prefix remain?
they still don't show up in admin CP when I try to import them.
please advise. also,
how do I get the skins you have on your forum?
Particulary the test and test tate.
I would also like to know how to make registration be a manual acceptance instead of automatic.
