Here is a list of free web hosts that offer PHP and MySQL hosting for free.
I have selected active web hosts, with good reviews, and that do not require you to post on their board.

One of my personal sites are hosted for free with them, great  tech support.  The Admin answers questions fast.
They give better tech support, than my paid host

lol I had ace-host.net before.. they totally suck and were down like 40% of the time I had it.

But it could have been due to the high server usage my site used, XD
