Scripts missing?

So like, when you click "Show All" for emoticons, I can't see anything happening.

It could appear as if the emo_pop() JavaScript function that "Show All" is supposed to activate is not available. Either is the addQuote() function when clicking "Quote" on previous posts in a thread.
